The data provided voluntarily are inserted in appropriate computer and paper archives, processed according to the application of the appropriate security measures for the protection and confidentiality of data, in accordance with the GDPR (EU) 2016/679. The acquisition and processing of personal data by Loano 2 Village takes place through the use of special data processing and archiving software.
These software are commonly used in the hotel industry for booking management and all aspects relating to hotel stays. Loano 2 Village guarantees that all the systems used have the appropriate security measures for data protection and privacy according to the GDPR (EU) 2016/679.
Loano 2 Village collects only the personal data necessary for the provision of its services. These personal data are not subject to dissemination or profiling by Loano 2 Village.
The data may however be processed for static purposes for the internal and exclusive use of Loano 2 Village.
Loano 2 Village carries out direct marketing actions (newsletter) only upon explicit consent.
Your data are not the subject of dissemination or profiling for commercial purposes by Loano 2 Village.
They could be analyzed for static purposes for the exclusive use of Loano 2 Village.
Data retention time
The data are kept for the time strictly necessary for the management and purposes for which they were collected and in compliance with current regulations and security obligations. In any case for a period not exceeding 5 years.
